Work Market is a platform for the management of labor and human resource services.
We give businesses access to an on-demand scalable work force along with tools to manage three categories of labor: employees, contractors and third parties. Our software is modular, flexible and highly customizable for use by sole proprietors all the way through multi-billion dollar global organizations.
Work Market is what the name implies – a platform where work is done. It is a web-based transaction platform covering all industry segments, starting in the U.S. and expanding across the globe. The Work Market team has already secured a long list of prestigious beta clients and expects a significant number of consultants, freelancers and service businesses to use the platform as management software for their professional needs.
Work Market was founded by Jeffrey Leventhal (who previously founded the on-site services marketplace OnForce.com) and Jeffrey Wald. We're excited to have Spark Capital and Union Square Ventures as our investors.
