Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) just published its 2017 “Staffing 100,” a list of the 100 most influential people in the staffing industry as nominated by their peers, advisors and SIA research and reporters. The list represents an impressive collection of movers and shakers in the $145 billion staffing industry who are breaking records, creating new work models, and disrupting the status quo.

That’s why we’re so honored that our very own Jeff Wald, WorkMarket’s Co-Founder and President, was recognized on the list. Jeff was honored for his continued leadership in the contingent labor and staffing industry, where he’s worked tirelessly to build sophisticated technology platforms that have transformed the world of work as we know it.

Jeff is widely recognized as a thought leader on workforce management, labor legislation and the on-demand economy. He has a long track record as a successful entrepreneur across the technology and services landscape, including investing in more than 20 companies in the staffing ecosystem. He’s a regular contributor to Huffington Post and Forbes, and speaks frequently at industry conferences on issues relating to workforce compliance, talent management and enterprise transformation.

While we’re incredibly proud of Jeff’s achievement, we can’t say we’re surprised. Jeff is a pioneer in the staffing ecosystem and is considered by many as one of the industry’s most respected voices.

Under Jeff’s guidance, WorkMarket has grown into a dynamic player in the enterprise talent management space and experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2010. WorkMarket was recognized by Crain’s New York as one the fastest-growing companies in New York City for two consecutive years, and was recently included on Inc. magazine’s 2016 list of Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America.

Suffice it say, we’re incredibly optimistic about the future of WorkMarket and know that we’re in good hands with Jeff. We’d like to extend our sincerest congratulations to Jeff on this outstanding achievement!
